SHIPPING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
The order confirmation page means that your order has been sent to us. Please document your confirmation number for future reference. You will receive an email letting you know that your order has been placed. Once your order has been fulfilled and is ready to be shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number from the shipping service that you selected.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (not including US holidays). Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day (not including US holidays). Exceptions: US holidays can cause delay of delivery up to 2 business days. Orders are NOT delivered on Saturday, Sunday or most major holidays.
Every attempt is made by our staff to fulfill orders within the first 24 hours of the first business day that the order is received. During seasons when a particularly high volume of orders are being processed (eg. holidays, release of a new product) the staff will make every effort to fulfill orders within the first 48 hours of the first business day that the order is received.
If you select In-store Pickup as your method of delivery, please make sure you can pick up your order from our Houston office location between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. It is highly recommended that you call to let the office staff know what time you will be arriving so that we can be sure that your order is available for you. *When selecting In-store Pickup, you must enter our office address as your shipping address: 4130 Bellaire Blvd., Houston, TX 77025.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
