RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR PRODUCTS
(excludes workshop registrations)
RDIconnect provides refunds for defective merchandise only. Please consider your purchase carefully before completing your order. Items returned because the customer has changed his/her mind will not qualify for a refund.
RDIconnect maintains a strict, 14-day return policy. If you need to make a return, you must contact us within the 14 days of placing your order. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Please be advised that refunds and credits can only be given to the individual who purchased the items. Refunds will incur a restocking fee of $10.00 for each item returned.
To return an item, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to return your purchase, by contacting our customer service department. We will be unable to process refunds on items if you have not contacted our customer service department in advance and obtained the RA# for your order.
Please provide the following information when communicating with customer service:
Reason for the return.
Date the order was placed.
Confirmation number, if order was placed in the online store.
If you’re trying to return a DVD, please let us know the following:
- Is your TV/DVD player NTSC or PAL?
- Did the DVD work when you first received it? Or was this your first time playing it?
- Is it scratched or damaged?
- Are you trying to play the DVD on the DVD player in your personal computer or laptop?
- If so, have you tried re-booting, emptying your cache and playing again?
- If so, what software are you using to view the DVD?
When returning your item, please package it securely so that contents are not damaged and mail the package to:
