Welcome to the Online Store for www.rdiconnect.com. RDIconnect provides website features to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at www.store.rdiconnect.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT

We accept credit card payments from American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We do not accept checks at this time. Texas Sales Tax (8.25%) applies for purchases with a shipping/delivery address in the state of Texas.

Should RDIconnect determine that an order may be fraudulent, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such order for any reason at any time.

SALES, DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

Sale, discounted or promotional prices are valid through the stated period (or published period) and are good only while supplies last. Discounts are based on the product total only and do not apply to shipping and sales tax. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer unless specified on the website.

CHOKING HAZARD

The items included in the RDA kit products are intended for use during the RDA1 Assessment and are not intended for general use outside of an assessment. Children interacting with any of the items in the kit should be supervised at all times. Small parts in the kits, may present a choking hazard for children less than 3 years of age.

LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS

RDIconnect grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. RDIconnect does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. RDIconnect reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from RDIconnect are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

RDIconnect attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, RDIconnect does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by RDIconnect itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting store.rdiconnect.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and RDIconnect.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to RDIconnect.com or to products or services sold or distributed by RDIconnect or through RDIconnect.com shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
